1. PARENT CONSULTATION

  • Meet, discuss, receive information about children and parents’ wishes.
  • Consult, introduce facilities, curriculum, timetable, tuition fees, preferential programs (if any).
  • Answer and respond to issues of concern to parents.
  • Guide to registration and enrollment procedures.

2. REGISTER FOR ADMISSION

  • Parents can register for admission through the School’s website or register directly at the Admissions and Customer Care Office of the School.
  • Complete the registration procedure and pay the registration fee of 1,200,000/child (this fee is paid only once and is non-refundable in all cases). Acceptance of the registration fee is not considered as the School’s acceptance of the child.
  • In the case of a child re-applying (having paid the registration fee before but not yet enrolled), the difference in cost (if any) must be paid.
  • Attend the ENTRY ASSESSMENT session before receiving the admission notice.

3. OFFICIAL ADMISSION

  • Receive official admission notice from the Admissions Department
  • Complete the ADMISSION FORM and TUITION FEE 03 days before (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) from the date of admission. (Applicable to both guest and official study programs)
  • Parents prepare fully and bring their children’s personal belongings to school on the day of admission.

4. ACCLIMATIZATION TIME  

  • Parents bring their children to class continuously for 01 week to get acquainted according to the following schedule:
  • Day 1: Children have 01 hour to get acquainted in the arranged class. Parents ABSOLUTELY DO NOT stay in class with their children, only observe their children’s activities through the Camera at the Reception Department.
  • Day 2: Children have 02 hours to get acquainted in the arranged class. Parents ABSOLUTELY DO NOT stay in class with their children, only observe their children’s activities through the Camera at the Reception Department.
  • Day 3: Children participate in activities ½ day according to the class schedule without the presence of parents.
  • Days 4 and 5: Children participate in activities 1 day according to the class schedule without the presence of parents.
  • The school will send a notification of the preliminary assessment results of their child’s development to parents on the 5th trial day via email or direct communication (applicable to children with special health conditions or symptoms)

Parents receive their child’s familiarization schedule from the Admissions Department. Any changes please notify 24 hours in advance from the date of receiving the schedule.

ENROLLMENT REGULATIONS AT FAIRY SCHOOL

1. Admission schedule:

Fairy School Kindergarten System continuously enrolls students throughout the school year.

2. School year schedule:

  • Term I: from September 1 to December 31 every year.
  • Term 2: from January 1 to May 23 every year.
  • Summer term: from June 1 to August 30 every year.
  • Opening date: September every year.

3. Age of children:

  • Funny Block 1: Children from 6 to 12 months.
  • Funny Block 2: Children from 12 to 24 months.
  • Funny Block 3: Children from 24 to 36 months
  • Happy Block 4: Children from 3 to 4 years old.
  • Happy Block 5: Children from 4 to 5 years old.
  • Happy Block 6: Children from 5 to 6 years old.

5. Class size:

6. Admission documents:

Parents who want to register their children for official admission, please prepare the following documents:

  • 4×06 photos of the child (04 photos)
  • 4×06 photos of the father, mother and authorized person to pick up the child (01 photo/person)
  • Photocopies of the citizen identification cards of the father, mother and authorized person to pick up the child.
  • Photocopies: birth certificate, child’s vaccination record book and household registration book.

Note:

– Documents can be submitted directly to the school or via the website, email in photocopies.

– Documents must be submitted in hard copy to the homeroom teacher on the first day the child goes to school.
